Privacy, in plain language

Oshun Match only works if you know exactly who can see what. Here it is without legal language.

What your clinic can see

  • That they invited you, and whether the invitation was opened or claimed
  • Whether you finished enrollment
  • Whether you are actively participating, as a yes or no
  • Aggregate numbers across all of their patients

What your clinic cannot see

  • Your messages, ever
  • Your questionnaire answers
  • Who your peer is, or why you were matched
  • Other clinics on your portal
  • Reports or support requests you send
  • Your phone number, or any search by phone

What Oshun admins can see

Oshun reviews every introduction, so admins can see your questionnaire summary, match history, and check-ins. Admins can only open message content when they are reviewing a report or a request you made, and every such access is logged with a written reason.

How phone verification works

We store a protected version of your number so we can recognize you if a second clinic invites you. We do not let clinics look you up by phone, and a clinic cannot change your phone for you.

Reports and safety

Reporting a concern is separate from asking for help. Both go to Oshun, never to your clinic. If a match needs to pause while we review, you choose whether that happens.
