Peer support terms and boundaries

These are the same boundaries you will acknowledge during onboarding.

Peer support is voluntary

You can pause, decline a match, or ask for a different introduction at any time. Nothing is reported to your clinic as a judgment.

Not therapy or emergency care

Your peer is another patient, not a clinician. Oshun Match is not monitored around the clock.

No medical advice

Peers share their own experience. Treatment questions belong with your clinic.

Respect privacy

What your peer shares stays between you. Do not screenshot, forward, or identify each other elsewhere.

Ask Oshun for help anytime

Asking for support is not the same as reporting a concern, and you can do either without explaining yourself.
